Replace damaged | lost GLG Device
For a GLG device
STEP 1: Please complete the HR013 Incident report which can be found at
https://gus.glgcorp.com/ims/48 (Details/comments of the incident and signed at the end | Asset number or serial number)
STEP 2: Report sent to QHSE Team (Dharmesh, Claire and Nikki)
and IT team (Hugo, Udaya)
STEP 3: Wait for the NC number to be issued by QHSE
STEP 4: Use the NC to raise a new service request for a new phone/tablet/laptop.
Service Request > Asset Transfer|Upgrade > Tablet/Laptop Replacement or Smartphone replacement
