Using TeamViewer
Go to Start menu and look for TeamViewer and open the application.

An interface will open that will look like below:

Get Quick support number from the end user device (Tablet/Smartphone): This can be done by opening Quicksupport application as marked on the image below:

Click on the search bar and you will see a few dropdown options:

Select /connect and enter the number afterwards:

Once done, the end user on (Tablet/Phone) needs to tap “Allow access” when prompted and “Start now” to initiate the session.
The below screen means you have initiated a successful connection to the end device.
