Access GUS | Raise a ticket
Requirement: You must have a GUS account set up in your name.

On your laptop enter the link on your browser or simply click on https://gus.glgcorp.com/
On your smartphone, open the GUS application, you will be directed to the following interface:
- Enter your email and press "Next"

- Enter your Password and press "Next"

- Press the second option "Send an SMS"

- You will receive a code on your mobile phone, enter the code below:

- You are now inside the GUS Interface.

- Scroll all the way down on the GUS Interface and you will see HELPDESK with the "Raise a ticket" option.

- Press on "Raise a ticket"
Depending upon the situation, raise a respective ticket
- If you have any issue/problem please raise an Incident ticket (INC-XXXXX)
- If you have any service requests, please browse the catalogue and raise a respective service request (SR-XXXXX)
