Remote | Mobile Device Enrollment
Enroll a device after factory reset, please make sure you have at least 50% battery left
Please note this process may take up to 30 minutes, please allow enough battery on all devices you will be working on
Begin of enrolment
1. You should see the start screen, please click on “Let’s Go” or Start
2. Click on Accept & Continue or tick the following and click on “Next”
3. You will see the setup screen, which will take a while
4. [This may be done automatically] Under the next screen, if the system asks you to provide a username and password please use the preset MDM user credentials. Then Click on “Next”
5. Under the next screen, please key in the Asset number (IT will provide you) and then click on “Next”
6. Please allow your device to configure itself, this will take a moment.
7. Next click on “CREATE PASSCODE”
9. Key in a 6-digit screen unlock code, "123654" or as per choice (please remember this code) then click “Continue”
10. Type in your passcode again then Click on “Done”
11. On the Notification screen, click on “Done”
12. When the blow screen appears, press the home button to go to your home screen
13. Leave the device idle for the next 20-30 minutes for app auto installation.
14. IT Team member will then ring you to assist with the below apps for configuration:
- Email and Teams (If required)
- Quick support Configuration
- Content locker
- JAMF Security app
